Clients are responsible for payment on a monthly basis for sessions occuring between the first and last day of each month. Clients are required to sign a “Client Detail Sheet” at the end of each tutoring session. The Client Detail Sheet keeps track of the time and date of each session. The client’s credit card will be charged on the 10th of each month in accordance with the Client Detail Sheet information.
We accept all cards with the MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover logo. All clients are charged on the 10th of the month. Paper statements are mailed to all active clients.
We only accept checks for pre-payment of services.
